The Springs Corridor

Business opportunities abound in the Springs area of Sonoma Valley, comprised of the communities of El Verano, Boyes Hot Springs, Fetters Hot Springs and Agua Caliente. 

Historically a resort and summer home area for San Francisco residents, the Springs is now home to a majority of the valley's population and a wide range of businesses that attract both locals and visitors.  Businesses line the Highway 12 or "Sonoma Highway" corridor, where small retailers, eateries, and artisans can be found along with offices, service businesses, and a multiplex theater.  The Springs is also home to the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa, a world-class resort.

A redevelopment project is providing significant roadway improvements along Highway 12, including new sidewalks and streetlights, utility undergrounding, and more.  Commercial rehabilitation and facade improvement programs are assisting tenant businesses and property owners.
